Sterling is James' hometown, he graduated from the local community college, and his knowledge of the area shows in his work.

Father of three young women, he understandably has his hands full and his pockets empty!

James is the first Wreckmaster Level 6-7 (towing and recovery specialist) aircushioned certified tower in Colorado. He is also the first TRAA level 3 tower in Colorado. He is an ASE certified master truck & auto technician.

James is certified by Ross Kinnman Program, Inc. and International Recovery Associates, Inc.  He attends seminars as often as possible to stay updated on all new techniques. He is the president of the High Plains Chapter of the TRPC Association.

James looks like a tough guy, but if truth be known he has a heart of gold and has taken many a customer home for a good nights sleep or taken in their pets to help them out.

Fate introduced Chris to James, and as they say, the rest is history!

Mother to three beautiful young women, Chris not-so-reluctantly admits to being a wonderful wife, sounding board for James, cleaning crew, and pretty-much jack of all trades. Most importantly, Chris is James' partner in business and in life, and their fun-loving personalities and charming relationship make them a joy to be around.
